こんにちは。代表取締役の邑山進二です。
私は1970年9月生まれです。代々から伝わる漁法を引き継ぎながら、新たにイワシ棒受網漁を始めました。経験と実績は他に類を見ません。鮮度の良い魚を市場に提供することに拘りがあり、現状に甘んじることなく毎日更なる技術を研究しています。
鮮度の良い魚を市場にいかに早く、より沢山のお客様に喜んで頂ける事が永遠のテーマです。今後は天海ブランドを構築し、日本のみならず海外の顧客も視野に捉え、長島の海から世界の食卓へのサプライチェーンを確立させ、世界の皆様のお役に立てるように頑張りますので何卒よろしくお引き立てくださいますようお願いします。
Hello. I'm Shinji Murayama, the representative director. I was born in September 1970. While inheriting the fishing method that has been passed down from generation to generation, we have newly started sardine stick-held dip nets fishing. Experience and achievements are unique. We are particular about providing fresh fish to the market, and we are researching further technologies every day without being content with the current situation. The eternal theme is how quickly we can bring fresh fish to the market and make more customers happy. In the future, we will build the Tenkai brand, take into consideration not only Japanese but also overseas customers, establish a supply chain from the sea of Nagashima to the dining table of the world, and do our best to serve everyone in the world. 幼いころから両親と一緒に漁に行くのが好きで、高校卒業後家業である漁業を継ぎました。今現在漁業者が減少していく状況の中、少しでも漁業の魅力と培った固有技術を次世代に引き継げるよう努力しています。まだまだ小さな会社ではありますが、地球的テーマである環境保全や資源保護など会社一丸で取り組み、地域の発展と共に、新しい漁業のあり方を探求し、世界の天海としてブランドを構築していきたいと考えています。今後とも益々のご支援とご愛顧賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

From an early age, I loved going fishing with my parents, and after graduating from high school I took over the family business of fishing. As the number of fishermen is decreasing, we are striving to pass on the attractiveness of the fishery and the unique technology we have cultivated to the next generation. Although it is still a small company, we would like to work together on global themes such as environmental conservation and resource protection, explore new fishing industries along with the development of the region, and build a brand as Tenkai in the world.
